Good evening! I am a 22 year old Medical student in the UK. I am sadly monolingual, but I am hoping to start learning German. I'm interested in reading, history, travel, and outdoor activities. Academically, I like anything to do with the brain and hope one day to specialise in Neurology or Psychiatry. I would love to work abroad, and maybe Austria or Germany if I can get good at the language. So as well as language advice, if any has any experience and knowledge regarding foreign trained doctors working in these countries, I'd be grateful. Although as I will be graduating as a UK national in July 2019, the visa situation is a little unclear at present... I am starting with a Berlitz CD course which I got a few years ago.
