  1. It was hard for me understand when I was fully immersed in Spanish. I could understand the texts really well, but when I got into real world situations I felt like I knew nothing. I recommend people watch movies in the language they want to learn with subtitles in your native language first. Then, once you are familiar with the text, switch the subtitles for the language you want to learn. That way you are familiar with how the language is actually spoken if you ever travel to where it is spoken. There is a website called howto4in.com that has short movie clips in Spanish with Spanish and English subtitles at the same time. I like watching the clips over and over until I have them memorized.
  2. Check out howto4in.com. They have movie clips in Spanish with Spanish and English subtitles at the same time.
  3. Movie clips with Spanish audio with Spanish and English subtitles. A friend and myself created to site to help us learn Spanish better. So we figured, why not share it? It's definitely more fun than reading a text book and it seems to be helping. Give it a try and let us know what you like/dislike!
  4. I think it's a good idea. A friend and myself recently made a website to help us learn Spanish better called howto4in.com. We take movie clips from movies we are familiar with and listen to them in Spanish with Spanish and English subtitles. It's helping us so we figured other people would like it too. I a lot more interesting than reading a textbook.
  5. It definitely helps me. I know quite few people who became completely fluent (American accent and all) in English from watching movies in English with subtitles. I like this website called howto4in.com. They have movie clips in Spanish with Spanish and English subtitles on the screen at the same time.
  6. I like watching movies in the langauge I am wanting to learn. I keeps my interest and you get to hear how a conversation really goes. There is a useful website called howto4in.com that has movie clips in Spanish with English and Spanish subtitles.
  7. I like watching movies in Spanish with subtitles in Spanish. But, I just found a website called howto4in.com that has movie clips with Spanish audio with English and Spanish subtitles at the same time. It's been pretty helpful.
