When an institution’s Phi Theta Kappa chapter chooses to take on leadership roles on campus or in their community, it shows the hiring official that you have experience being in charge, and you know how to handle the pressure that comes along.<\/span><\/p>\n

Focus on the Service Hallmark indicates to the recruiter that you can put the community first and have value for philanthropy, and almost every single company wants this quality in their employees. <\/span><\/p>\n
