An employee will work and earn salary at the jobsite while learning the specifics of the job. OJT may last about 6 weeks, and then the employee will have completed their OJT and will continue working at the same location.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Training may be located on-site or off-site.
