**What is the difference between gothic and Old English text?**

Both are blackletter. 'Old English' usually means the tall textura style; 'gothic' is used more loosely for any dark blackletter, including rounder fraktur.

**Is Century Gothic a gothic font?**

No. In 19th-century American type naming, 'gothic' meant plain sans-serif letters, so Century Gothic and Franklin Gothic look nothing like medieval blackletter.

**Can I get gothic numbers?**

Unicode has no gothic digits, so copied text keeps normal (or bold) numbers. Use the Font images tab — every gothic font there has matching numbers 0–9.

**Where can I use gothic text?**

Instagram and TikTok bios, Discord names, band and gaming tags, and anywhere plain formatting isn't available. The PNG images work for logos, shirts, posters, and tattoo designs.
