"You are all welcome to visit" or "You are all welcomeD to visit"?

I'm inclined to believe that the answer is "you're welcome to visit" mainly because "you're welcomed to visit" doesn't sound right. If you're referring to something not happened yet, I believe "welcome" is right. Thinking about this, I think both can be correct depending on the context of the sentence.
