I personally found ACT easier, especially the English section and Science section. SAT math really killed me and I didn't get a very good score. yossup Posted April 5, 2014 Report Share Posted April 5, 2014 Keep in mind that the ACT has a science section so if you're not comfortable with science, it's probably to just do the SAT. That being said, the english section is much easier on the ACT. You don't have to know a bunch of hard vocabulary so if you're vocabulary isn't amazing, you already have an advantage with the ACT. Also, you don't get penalized for guessing on ACT (I think), but on the SAT, you get points taken off for wrong answers. So you might want to consider that when you're deciding which test to take.
