Free Mandarin Chinese Course

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

As many of you know, the FSI Chinese course developed in the 70’s by the US/Canadian Foreign Services Institute is a fantastic introduction to Mandarin Chinese.

Although dated in parts I’m pretty sure it’s the most comprehensive free resource available for learning Chinese.

At remembr.it we wanted to breathe new life into the scanned pdfs and audio files and make the course available in a more web-friendly format.

It’s taken us a while but we’ve finally got the first four modules available online here: http://chinese.remembr.it/lessons

We’re still working on the remaining modules and the resource module on pronunciation, etc.

Hope you enjoy them.

I use an app called Social Language. They've got tons of native Chinese speakers that can chat & practice   with you for free. I also had a friend in China said that they all use an app called Social   Language. It's like a langauge exchange and social platform for Chinese & English   speakers. Anyone using it as well?   http://goo.gl/1VSpfQ
