Francophone characters, anglophone writer

I am writing this story (I’m an amateur) that takes place in a bar in Paris at night. 

At some point one of the characters buys everyone’s next round, is “unreal tournee” the correct term for this? 

 

Also so how do I express the sentiment that things will look up or things will get better in French???

I have never heard about "unreal tournee". You are looking for the french expression of saying that, right? I mean the french expression of "buys everyone's next round". right?
