Better Late ,,,,,,,

Recommended Posts

There is this some good saying in English, " Better late than never" which can be translated in Hindi as

"देर आयद दुरुस्त आयद " but on state highway they would put another message " Kabhi nahi the deri bhali"

Which is more correct?

Kabhi nahi se der bhali is the literal translation while the former is a hindi saying which incidentally has the same meaning as the English one. "देर आयद दुरुस्त आयद" is thus in no way connected to "Better late than never" from a historical point of view but conveys the same meaning. So, "kabhi nahi se der bhali" is the correct translation.
