JayfromLiam Posted July 28, 2019 Report Share Posted July 28, 2019 I came across a sentence :´Era necesario informar de lo ocurrido a los presentes.´ I understand that it meant to say that ´it was necessary to report what happened to the present ´. But I am a little confused about the structure of this sentence. I guess that 'ocurrido' is the attribute of 'lo'. However, 'ocurir' is an intr. How could its participio pasado be an attribute of something? In my understanding, if you use 'lo ocurrido' , it means that 'sth is ocurred', but if you use 'lo ocurriendo', it means that 'sth occurs'.
