      1. How does one go about memorizing all the different tenses of ser and estar? I'm in the early stages of learning the language - In contrast to English, with 8 (is, are, am, was, were, be, being, been), it's proving to be a daunting task that I'm having trouble achieving in an efficient manner. It seems (discounting the continuous, perfect, and perfect subjunctive tenses) there are 130 different variations. Assuming we discount the Vosotros forms, that leaves 86.
