How long does it take to get a native English (British) accent, if you learn with a coach? Is it true, if you don't have an ear for music, you won't be able to pick up a native English (British) accent?

Learn Russian Online with Olga is a youtube channel for those who want to learn Russian as a Foreign Language. It can be used as a video visual dictionary, as a conversation speaking course of Russian, as a crash course of Russian, or a training course of Russian. The best level for using this channel is A2 or Elementary. All the videos are made in a format of cartoons with Russian subtitles. There is no translation to English, unfortunately.
