Hello Members, There are levels like Basic, Intermediate and Advance levels in language courses. There are also levels like A1 to C2 for some languages. Is it sufficient to learn until Intermediate level ( or B2 Level) in order to be fluent in a language? My language goal is to have a casual conversation with a native speaker, read books and watch movies. Looking forward to your advice. Thank you.
