I made a little webcomic about false friends called Jacques & Jack: False friends but real friends. Here is an example. I think it helps to remember them better. I have a hundred of them like this.

Tintin seems to me to be more accessible than Asterix, because in the latter there are many puns and references that may seem obscure when seen from abroad. By the way, I make webcomics about false friends between French and English: it's called Jacques & Jack, you might like it.
