The American accent is my favorite accent. It maches up with my personality. It's a little laid back, smoother than the rest. I just love listening to it. I also speak it myself. I lived in the UK for 8 years and the British accent isn't bad either. I think it's a little conservative though. It sounds a little strict for me.

During school, I had the opportunity to learn Spanish, French and German so far. I am fluent in English and Hungarian, so I won't mention those. The easiest language I had to learn so far would probably be French. I can't really tell you why. It was just much easier than the rest. I was also thinking that maybe the reason is because I had an amazing teacher. She focused more on us being able to speak, rather than doing tests all the time. In her class, she only spoke French and we had to try to understand what she was saying. She didn't say a word in Hungarian.

I am only able to write in English and Hungarian. I am fluent in both languages. I am also a poet and songwriter. When I write songs and poems, I am only able to write them in English. Even though my mother tongue is Hungarian, I grew up in the UK. All the good memories like music, literature etc connect me to the UK. I am not able to express my feelings very well in Hungarian. Words just don't come to mind the way they do in English. I "feel" in English, so that is why that's the only language I am able to write poems and songs in. I have tried to write poems/songs in Hungarian but they ended up being cheesy, so I thought there's no point in trying to force something that doesn't come naturally. :grin:

I was born in Hungary, so I speak Hungarian fluently. Maybe not many people know about our country, where it is located or our language, but if someone is interested in learning one of the most beautiful, yet hardest languages in the world, I would be glad to help.
