Hello and welcome to the forum. I'm glad you are taking in interest in Spanish. I am a native Spanish speaker so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

I don't know about easier but it's helpful. When I was growing up I had to take ESL classes which were not thought my native Spanish speaking teachers.

Oh dear lord I haven't even tried! If I were to learn a 3rd language I think my brain would not function well. I already have a hard time with two languages I can't imagine knowing 3 languages.

I really like accents from like Norway or England. I am Mexican and don't really have a Mexican accent. Mine is very neutral but it does tend to come out sometimes during certain words. I moved to the US when I was 8 yrs old and really worked hard to speak English, I guess I worked too hard because now most people can't tell I'm Hispanic by my voice.

I would go with French. You could also look up the location and find out what languages are spoken there, better to be safe than sorry.
