      1. Hi all, first time poster here. I'm going through a book called "German in 90 Days" and am, at day 10 running into some problems. This lesson is on possessives and they always give you sample sentences such as: That is my hat. Das ist mein Hut. We have our shoes. Wir haben unsere Schuhe. (it's unsere and not unser because shoes is plural, right?) She has his pants. Sie hat seine Hose. However, a couple other examples are confusing: Do you have your suit? Haben Sie ihren Anzug? (why is it ihren and not ihr?) I am wearing his coat. Ich trage seinen Mantel. (why is it seinen and not seine?) Any help would be greatly appreciated!
