I think children of a young age learn anything faster than grownups. That includes languages and this should be a good time to introduce it to them. Kids appear to soak up everything and master it in no time at all.

I don't think that's possible. A few words of it perhaps but not the entire language.

Learning from home is the in thing! You get to learn at your own pace and time with no pressure from anyone. Needs a bit of discipline but should be fine. I am glad you discovered this.

Alice in wonderland. I just love that movie as it is able to transport my mind to another place another time.

That might have something to do with the pronounciation bit. Many people do not want to make fools of themselves saying words the wrong way, I guess.

That will be Japanese and then chinese. I plan on learning them next once done with French.

If it is any comfort to you at all I would like to tell you my plans. Japanese is difficult for me but that is the next language I am going to learn after am done with French. Some consolation.

Ever since I started learning french I listen to Radio france most of the time. Helps me improve my accent even though I find the broadcasters a bit too fast at times.
