      Hello!

      1. Alisa will meet with Anna in Paris today is correct. It can also be phrased, "Alisa will be meeting with Anna in Paris today".

The first phrase sounds like instructions, the second phrase sounds like information.

      2. "I am learning English" is perfect. "I am study English" needs to be, "I am studying English". Study and learn are both verbs, and should both end in -ing, in this situation.

      Hope this helps!
