John1998 Posted January 16 Report Posted January 16 As a startup with a limited budget, how can you find good developers and not burn out at the start? Quote
PiterFreide Posted January 16 Report Posted January 16 This is a very familiar problem, especially in the early stages, when every decision seems critical. We had a moment when we either found adequate specialists or simply stopped developing the product. I realized that we needed to look beyond the local market. That's when I started researching services for finding remote teams and came across HLAD. I liked that the focus there was not on mass hiring, but on selection for specific business needs. This relieves some of the tension because you don't feel like you're just "buying hours." As a result, it's easier for a startup to move forward when the team is formed consciously, rather than in a hurry. Quote
