Where to find live music and dinner in Prague

I’m a big fan of live jazz or classical music. Are there any dinner spots in Prague where the music is actually the focus and not just background noise? I'd love to spend an evening listening to good musicians while enjoying a nice 3-course meal. Preferably somewhere with a view, if that's even possible in one place!

You should definitely check out the Jazz Boat. It’s a specific cruise where they have professional jazz musicians playing while you sail down the river. It’s one of the most unique things to do in Prague because you get the music, the food, and the changing scenery all at once. The acoustic on the water is actually quite nice!
