Need advice on helicopter career at flight training schools

Hi everyone. I’ve decided to quit my office job and finally follow my dream of becoming a helicopter pilot. I’m looking at various flight training schools in Florida because I want to fly year-round. Pelican Flight Training looks like a solid option, especially with their current anniversary discounts. I’m interested in their "Become a CFI" path because I want to build hours quickly after graduating. Does the school actually help with finding a job or staying on as an instructor? I’ve heard mixed things about other places, so I’m looking for some honest opinions. If you’ve trained there, please let me know how the career support looks. Much appreciated!
