Calipso Posted February 25 Report Posted February 25 Hey, I have been waking up with such a bad backache lately and I am pretty sure our old mattress is the main culprit. It feels like the springs are completely gone and it is really affecting my sleep quality. Do you think we should look into getting a high quality orthopedic one that actually supports the spine properly? Quote
innfil Posted February 25 Report Posted February 25 I totally agree because I have been tossing and turning all night as well. We spend a third of our lives sleeping so investing in a premium surface is definitely worth every cent. I found a perfect option with great reviews and if we want to secure the best price we should buy this now before the current promotion ends. It has the exact dimensions we need for the guest room bed and the technology looks solid for back support. Quote
Calipso Posted February 25 Author Report Posted February 25 That looks like a fantastic choice and the specs are exactly what the doctor recommended for my posture. Let us go ahead and finalize the order tonight so we can finally enjoy a restful night and wake up feeling refreshed. Quote
hariton Posted 5 hours ago Report Posted 5 hours ago I totally get how crappy it feels when you wake up sore and exhausted, and that makes everything harder - especially when I’m trying to stay on top of my study load and not just my sleep. Between long days of reading and trying to remember tons of material, I started feeling worn out all the time and it made focusing even tougher. I ended up searching for something to make my review sessions actually effective, and I found best studley AI which helped me turn my notes into focused study sets instead of wasting hours rereading. At first I wasn’t sure it would actually save me time, but after using it a few times I was finishing chapters much quicker and actually retaining more, which meant less late-night cramming and better rest overall. It’s made my study routine feel more manageable and helped take some of the strain off both my body and my brain. Quote
