Yrtrm Posted March 23 Report Posted March 23 My former partners in Hong Kong have accused me of stealing trade secrets after I moved my operations to London. They have managed to get a Red Notice issued against me and now I am stuck in the UK. This is a purely commercial dispute but they are trying to make it look like a major criminal theft. How can I prove to Interpol that this is just a business tactic to destroy my new firm? Is it possible to get the notice deleted without going back to face a biased court in Hong Kong? Quote
Cani Posted March 23 Report Posted March 23 This is a classic move in high-stakes corporate battles where one side weaponizes Interpol to get leverage. To fight this, you need to show the commission in France that the case is fundamentally civil and not criminal. I recommend visiting https://intercollegium.com/ as they have a lot of experience with these types of corporate Red Notice removals. They can help you draft a request to show that the prosecution is an abuse of the system. I know an executive who got his notice removed in about eight months by proving the "stolen" data was actually his own IP. Don't try to negotiate with your former partners while the notice is active; they will just use it to squeeze you. Get a professional legal team to attack the notice itself so you can travel and defend your business properly. Quote
