InfiniteGeko
Hey there! I'm a student of Game Art & Design named Alex. I would like to learn some new languages to be able to associate myself with great artists that do not speak my native language. It would expand my network of people that I can collaborate with and even get me new opportunities in more successful businesses outside of the United States.I was born in Chicago, Illinois, providing me with fluency in English but I lived in Puerto Rico for more than 12 years. The time I spent on that island, the more I realized I loved it and it's culture. Wanting to learn the culture even further, I decided to make an even stronger effort to learn the official language and its townspeople's jargon. After coming to the United States to study video game design I realized I made the mistake of dismissing the cultural diversity of the US. I made more friends than I ever thought I would but I now find myself missing out on vital conversations, juicy gossip, and good jokes because I don't know the language of some of my friends. So why not take the initiative and make the effort to understand them?
