      I often see this in Chinese brand products but I don't think they mind that much because I think they all know that they aren't expected to get it perfectly. I think they probably have enough resources to hire a proofreader if they really wanted to as some of these products are really very successful but unless they really care about building their brand and not just selling items then they usually don't care as much about getting the grammar right on a user manual and I think that's alright.
