xris Posted April 12, 2017 Report Share Posted April 12, 2017 Hi all, It was good to discover this site since language learning can be lonely - especially if learning a 'boutique' language like Icelandic! Reading the posts here shows the huge diversity of learning strategies. As for myself, YouTube doesn't appeal, nor online game-like options. I prefer to focus on text books, vocabulary lists, and tables of inflections. Now I am attempting some simple reading in Icelandic. Also I like to make learning materials - see the attached.
