I can't find Resources for a Language! (Punjabi)

Hi, 

I really want to learn Punjabi/Panjabi but I can't find many good resources for it. Ideally, I'd like an interactive course (such as duolingo), a textbook and maybe a source of interesting podcasts/audio in the language, but I'm really not sure. I'd appreciate any help you people here can give!

 I tried Duolingo and was shocked it’s not even on there?! Like, how is that possible when it’s one of the most spoken languages out there?

I’ve been cobbling together random YouTube videos, but it’s a mess—some are too basic, others go full native-speaker-speed and I just sit there blinking. I wish there was a cozy, structured course with audio, culture tidbits, and space to practice. I want to hear stories in Punjabi, laugh at jokes, maybe cry a little when a song lyric hits too hard, y’know?
