I´m transcribing some audios and I need some help here. There`s this flight attendant who is talking about her friend that was attacked by a passenger and this person used something to hurt her friend that I can`t identify by the audio...Or using some kind of expression that I can`t understand in any way, I added only the section where shès talking about that, can someone help me please?
