  1. Free resources can definitely be useful, especially in the beginning. But I’ve noticed that many learners still struggle with speaking practice. Personally I sometimes use tools like Avatalks just to practice short conversations and get more comfortable speaking. It doesn’t replace real teachers, but it can help fill the gap between lessons.
  2. I’ve taught Business Japanese for a while, and what helped most was focusing on real workplace situations rather than just textbooks. Things like writing emails, participating in meetings, or small role-plays about negotiations tend to work really well. Many students already know general English, but they mainly need confidence and the specific vocabulary used in their jobs.
