I’ll need something practical for daily life, not just a nice-looking place in photos. Things like a decent kitchen, laundry, reliable Wi-Fi, nearby groceries, and easy taxi access matter to me. I’ve seen options in Downtown, Business Bay, Marina, JVC, and Dubai Hills, but I’m not sure which area feels easiest for a longer visit. Has anyone stayed in these areas recently? What would you suggest checking before booking?
