  1. I wouldn't say it's easy at all. There are SO many rules and odd situations where something isn't right. Do you lay down or lie down? Jim and me are going to the store or Jim and I are going to the store... Not to use prepositions at the end of a sentence: "Are you coming with?" <WRONG> In the few other languages I've tried to learn; German, Spanish, and Russian - they seem to be more straight forward with their ruling.
  2. I would have to say I have a tie for two... American (Southern) - talking like South Carolina or West Virginia Jamaican - Ya' mon!
  3. Without a doubt when people say "me and jim are going out later" or "me and lisa are going on a trip next week" ITS FRICKIN "LISA AND I..." "JIM AND I..." Haha I also love it when people say irregardless. It just regardless.
  4. My girlfriend (who learned english) still loves when I say "chillin" as a reply to "how are you doing?"
  5. Just joined the website - and wanted to say hi! Any chance anyone else on here is from the Minneapolis area?
