I'm planning on giving SAT's next year just to test my knowledge. However, if you are getting bad scores, don't panic! The great thing about SAT's is you can give them multiple times and only the best score matters. Some mathematic questions can be tricky, but if you prepare by immersing yourself in problem-solving situtations (for example, programming, or even mental maths) you can rid yourself of this problem in no time! (so I guess you 'solve the problem')

Me and my friends tend to make fun of how pop culture has influenced the English language. So we deliberately talk using both bad grammar and the popular way of texting. For example, we'll replace a word ending with an 's' with a 'z', or even multiple 'z' ' s. However, it's ironic how when we talk face to face we actually keep up to the grammatical standards .

To be honest, with the right amount of commitment in the initial stages, it is pretty easy. My native tongue is Urdu and I can say, without any doubt, that my English is MUCH better than my Urdu. It's odd how the brain works, but I would say it's mostly because I think and speak, whenever possible, in English (especially on the internet). So I would say it would not be as difficult as you may think. Just remember, nothing is too difficult to learn! And the more you know the better!

As a matter of fact, yes I do. It's only competitor is Chinese which in my opinion will not be able to stand up against English in the end. Statistically, English is a much easier language for people to learn (though some would argue every first language is of equal difficulty) so I would argue it will become the world's standard very soon. It would be great if we are able to accomplish this. I imagine it would bring the world closer together.

Greetings everyone! I am Joseph and I am currently studying Arabic. I am able to speak English and Urdu fluently and am able to read Arabic fluently, but not able to understand it (yes, a weird skill indeed). My current goal is to become fluent in understanding Arabic and be able to speak through it in daily conversations (hopefully). I am looking forward to sharing my experiences with everyone here!
