Fixed. El subjuntivo es lo mas dificil para ti. -
Missing haber in 7 and 8 and estar in 11 and 12. The rest is ok.

There is a pattern with the regular verbs. You just need to figure it out. We use all the forms except the future subjunctive, which only appears in a written form in some legalistic/normative texts.
