      1. What I love about Swahili is that you can mix it with another language, say English, and still it makes sense and easier to understand if you are new to the language. For instance, ' acha nicome' is considered sheng (Swahili mixed with English). Translation means; 'wait for me, I am coming'. On the other hand, you can say 'Mimi niko fiti kabisa'.(Translation; I am fit!). However, sheng is somewhat different from Swahili but they are connected.
      2. I don't think I can learn 5 languages at the same time unless they are closely related. It depends on various factors such as age and complexity of language. Young kids learn faster than adults.
      3. I have always been interested in learning Latin especially because I am doing a course that comes with a lot of Latin origin words. Matter fact, it is not just law but also English has a lot of Latin derived words. I think it about time that I make time.
      4. Chinese really intrigues but ancient linguistic especially hieroglyphics might appear simple but it is really complex.
      5. I think active listening is the best way to learn a new language. That is what works for me plus it really helps with pronunciation. At first, it may seem difficult but it gets better with time.
