I learned this in high school and it really helped me. DRMRSVANDERTRAMPP , this should help everyone because these verbs will help you depict from Imparfait and passe compose. I used it when I went to France and you should too. Any thoughts on what others should do? If it actually helps? Do people actually use it?

I've been to France and I feel that it takes about 3 months to get used to the language everyone uses in everyday life. I was only there for 2 weeks so I don't know that much French other than High School French. However, my friend went in High school and is fluent in French and English. He went for 4-6 months at a time and went to school there. It gave him a huge jump from French III to AP French in High School. I only went up to French IV, it does help you in short term if you go for a few weeks, but 3 months will help you better in the long term.

Personally I like their baked goods as well, but they do have a very strong connection to their language. They love their language and would give up everything for it. Somethings they also like might be their art which is very unique. There might be some people who love their food. What I enjoy the most about them though is their croissants. they are very good freshly baked in France. I had some everyday in Paris.

I'm glad you caught that. I recognized it and didn't know if anyone else saw it. I am still learning and just found out about it. I don't really use the "voire" form because you would most likely see someone. You don't use even later that often. It can be a deal sometimes when you misspell it somehow, but most people don't write it that often. Thanks for the info though. Will transfer that to my friends and family who are learning. I loved France when I went. It had beautiful countryside and was very pretty to just stare at. I want to learn the language even though it can be confusing. I love it and would love to go back to France. If I stayed in France, I would have learned the language even more. I was only there for about 1-1 1/2 weeks. I did learn some things about being courteous and being respectful to people. You also have to watch your back. People pick pocket you left and right so be sure to have your stuff secure and don't let it out of your hands or backpack. Also make sure to keep bags in front and in your sight. People will try to distract you, but you have to keep going. I loved it none the less. I would recommend the coast as it is less crowded and probably less expensive. I loved D-Day beaches and it helped me understand what people have to go through who aren't in Paris. Just go and learn the language. It's a blast!

Hello All, I am a fluent speaker of English and hope to help others learn. I am also taking French in school and hope to learn more from people here. I love French and would like to be fluent in it. It would be good on a resume and would help others around me to be fluent if I can teach them new things.
