  1. We like to joke about the words that French speakers have trouble with in English and the words that English speakers have trouble with in French while at work. It's a two way street so I wouldn't really consider it being made fun of. The word I cannot get as an English speaker is Pedro in Spanish. I keep destroying it after trying to learn it for years.
  2. Wonderful question. Chinese (have 6 months finished with YoyoChinese) Russian (haven't started) Arabic (started today ;P) French (started 2 weeks ago) I already know some Spanish.
  3. This is a wonderful article with reasons why to learn and teach Arabic in schools in English speaking countries. If anyone has similar articles, please post! http://www.northwestern.edu/newscenter/stories/2015/05/opinion-chronicle-edwards-arabic.html Thanks, Chemist
  4. I am a Chemistry Ph.D. student. Both my husband and I are in graduate school. I would also like to talk on Skype. Please let me know if you're interested. Or, if anyone else is interested in trading English for Arabic. NL: English
