      1. 'Sayang' is more like describing a situation where there is a missed opportunity, wasted effort or wasted chance. At least that's what I think the closest translations are.
      2. I enjoy using rare/deep Tagalog words especially when talking to my friends. They find it funny and amusing at the same time. I don't really think it's awkward. It is a way to share knowledge.
      3. What I noticed when we count, we switch between Filipino, Spanish and English; whichever is more convenient to say. For numbers 1-10, we use Filipino. For numbers 11-99, we use Spanish. 100-500 can be either Filipino or English.
      4. Hi, everyone! I'm a new member and currently studying Korean. I'm excited to meet new friends and expand my knowledge on various language from different parts of the world.
