If you can't speak it at all then you need to start from the beginning. A few months ago I couldn't even write a sentence that made sense, but I used englishlinx.com, and it got better. This was a great start for me because you can start learning the materials for the first grade. It's like you're in school, and you start from the beginning. This will not be enough, you will need tutoring. You might even apply for IELTS/TOEFL courses and get their certification. When you get this certificate, you'll be able to connect with any client.
