      La Donna E Mobile

Watched a show where a character sings the aria "la donna e mobile" and was curious as to what the song lyrics are in english.  I found a translation but was confused...how does mobile translate to fickle?  Granted I'm using google translate but how does La Donna E Mobile translate to "woman is fickle"?  When I put "fickle" into google I get volubile, and when I put "mobile" in I get mobile as english, as in the english word for capable of moving...so doesn't la donna e mobile actually mean the woman is movable not the woman is fickle?  Am I translating to literally?  But there is an italian word for fickle so why not use it?
