Kikwang Posted February 16, 2022 Report Share Posted February 16, 2022 I am working on a new project about the English dialects and varieties around the world (namely US, Canada, England, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa). I have created a sample text using words that shows the different pronunciations and/or spelling or orthographies in one of the varieties. (for example : defense/defence, programme/program, colored pencils/pencil crayons/ colouring pencils/ coloured pencils, etc.) This is why it was difficult to create a text with those specific words. There were many words so the text is very long. Not being a native speaker, I'm looking for help and if you could proofread the text and also give your feedback regarding the grammar.
