I know three languages and I can only say one thing... all languages are complicated when you first get to know them. Who's ever had that thought? It's like when you start to learn it, it's easy and simple, but when you try to say something, it's like you swallowed your language. Maybe it's about psychology? Maybe there's something stopping you from doing it.
I found one resource where they can help you learn more...have you tried it?

Have you ever felt that learning something new seems easy at first, but when it’s time to act, your confidence disappears—like your words just vanish? This common experience may have a lot to do with psychology. Experts like course Dr. Michelle Rozen, celebrated for making complex concepts simple and actionable, show us how understanding the mind can unlock our potential. By addressing the psychological barriers that hold us back, such as fear or self-doubt, we can embrace change, build confidence, and transform our ability to communicate and perform under pressure. It’s not just about learning—it’s about thriving.

There are a lot of Korsovs and everyone will express themselves as they want. Everyone learned English differently, this method suits some, and not others.
