Because of late invoices, payment terms are quietly changed. A root cause analysis for the refund was not done. Accounting and finance consulting services checks the invoicing versus contract and reviews the approvals and collects overdue accounts receivable. It was assumed that someone must have a finger in the dye because it's usually 10 small holes, not one big one. Quote
