Vernon Posted Thursday at 07:27 AM Report Posted Thursday at 07:27 AM One thing I can’t figure out is why septic systems sometimes start producing strong odors around the property. I’m not sure if it’s always a sign of a serious issue or just part of normal operation. The smell seems stronger after periods of heavy use in the house. I’ve also heard that blocked vents or overloaded tanks can contribute to the problem. It’s uncomfortable and makes me worry about hidden damage underground. What usually causes these odors to appear?
