atanas.velikov Posted December 12, 2015 Report Posted December 12, 2015 Is Spanish spoken in South America any different to Spanish spoken in Spain, is there a difference at all? I'm trying to learn as will be going for a holiday soon but don't want to make an awful mistake Quote
czarina84 Posted December 13, 2015 Report Posted December 13, 2015 Yes, it is. I think that Spanish spoken in the Caribbean, like Puerto Rico, is also different than that of Spain and South America. I'm pretty sure that Mexican Spanish is also different than that of Caribbean and Spain Spanish. Will the native Spanish speakers set me straight if I'm wrong? Quote
