alessandro_capialbi Posted August 25, 2019 Report Share Posted August 25, 2019 It means that you don't have to worry about, be calm/serene (serena), without thinking too much (senza farti problemi). Literally, it would be "Be serene/calm without make yourself any problems". We use it in Italian when we want tell someone that he can do something without any problems, because we trust him or just because he thinks too much at the problem, when actually it is an easy thing.
