I don't konw this app but I can advice you Duolingo, I think you know it beacause It is very famosus and I found it very simple and pratical in addition I suggest you Italki if you wanted to improve your speaking , this plataform allow to speak with a real teacher that can help you in the knowledge of a specific language

I think there isn't a way to learn English without study. You can go abroad for several months or you have to put off your commitments and start studying sierously starting from the beigining ,studying for instance grammar , improving your listening and speaking. I can give you an advice , you have to set a goal in your mind and pratice dayly english and maybe you will get up a day and you will start to speak english fluently, but you have to fix in your mind "no pain no gain"
