  2. Learning a language is nothing but beneficial. It will open up more opportunities to get jobs, meet new people and have relationships. Being bilingual on a job could help the customers much more. You could meet new friends that can't speak English, it also gives you something to relate with. You could even get a new relationship with a partner. Communication is so vital in relationships, so you two could connect much more.
  3. I must learn at a school. The reason is, I just can't motivated to learn by myself. If I try to learn by myself, I make up excuses and take too many breaks. By having a teacher, it is just so much better. Besides, If I need help with something, I wouldn't be able to help myself.
  4. More like ignorance in my opinion. I've noticed that Americans do not understand that everyone is different. It's honestly insane that they get mad that they can't understand you. Oh, and then they think because we both live in America, that we are forced to speak English. I don't know if any of you have noticed, America still has huge racial problems. There are still many instances where people get discriminated due to the color of their skin.
  5. When I first started watching tv and going to school. My first language is Spanish and I eventually learned English. I learned English really quickly. Learning the language was really easy for me, for the most part. Ever since, English class has always been the class I succeeded in and loved.
