Hello. Veo que tú estás leyendo = I see that you are reading Veo que tú lees = I see that you read. The "ing" form in spanish means "ando, endo".

Better, you can say "¿qué comes en navidad?" or "¿qué cenas en navidad?" Correct It's not necessary to write "yo como el pavo". It sounds better if you don't write "el" and you write "yo como pavo, jamón al horno..." Too late! jaja
